The Thermalito diversion pool is open to the ocean isn't it?
If so the DFG classifies it as a steelhead. What do you call the people that abandoned the agenda of John Kennedy and adopted the agenda of Lee Oswald?
Pronouns: "Dude" and "Playa".

There is a reason that a couple of state record rainbows have been caught
from lake Natoma.
The discharge from Folsom dam is on prison property and can't be fished
by the public.
Those big old slugs sit there slurping up smelt spit out by the dam until
their fins are worn down and they are too big to buck the current,
then they slip back into lake Natoma.
If those same fish were found "below" Nimbus dam on lake Natoma they
would not even be eligible as a record rainbow because they would be
classified as steelhead.
As is the fish in this article.
There are plenty of guides that specialize in the fishery below Oroville that
typically drift flies below bobbers and catch some huge bows.
(it doesn't need to be a swimbait)
If you want some, git some......not for me though. What do you call the people that abandoned the agenda of John Kennedy and adopted the agenda of Lee Oswald?
