    Any tips for Crowley Lake?

So I got my reservations for a cabin at Crowley Lake for the last week in May. Gonna be going after Sacramento perch and trout, any pointers would be appreciated

Rent a boat with a fish finder or buy a portable one before you go.
It's a great place for float tubes too, as long as you get off the lake before the wind kicks up.

Ernie Gulley is a local guide up there.
He just did a presentation on Crowley yesterday.
I just looked and he has several more presentations in the next couple of weeks
You can find him on Facebook if you are interested

Don't drink the water. I peed in it.

If you are looking for perch I would try Alligator Point close to shore. Between the point itself and the SS Relief. From my experience trout can be found near North Landing and in Mcgee Bay. Trolling the bay is popular but a large inflated nightcrawler is my preferred method.

I've caught perch and trout all over the lake. I mostly fish Layton springs from a float tube using flies. I don't recall ever catching perch on bait but they do like flies and spinners.
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

There are huge Browns down deep. At a certain size they become nocturnal and no longer eat bugs. Only other fish. Go deep.
