This year I've been having a lot of luck with reservations but unfortunately the folks I usually go hunting with are just too busy most of the time, and my decoy spread is finally getting very respectable too! Is there anyone here who is interested in going duck hunting a few times on refuges? I'm somewhat newer to this myself so I'm not expecting you to have a lot of experienced (although it would be nice). I do, however, expect you to have some idea of what we're doing, your hunting license with duck stamps, and appropriate duck hunting gear (i.e. don't show up with a tactical shotgun and garbage bags duct taped to your legs and yes I actually saw someone do that LOL). The reservations we'll be hunting will mostly be Grizzly Island in Suisan City and Gray Lodge near Gridley.
Anyhow PM me if you want to go shoot some ducks. I'm also open to hit other refuges if you've got reservations or want to lotto/sweat line as well.
