    They're back!

Two nice 3 pointers and an atypical 3ish pointer. Several in the herd with pronounced limps - don't know if it's injuries of the hoof rot fungus.

Herd on the move - I've been spotted!

Make yourself a blind on the treeline. Go sit there an hour or so before they usually show up.

Nice racks are much better. You can grab both sides of the rack to help stabilize while mounting.

Hopefully they will show Nov 2 as then firearms season opens. That herd is 150 yards (or closer) from my kitchen - my house is the blind!

make sure the wind favors you, if they smell you they won't show up. Getting up high in a tree helps a little of the wind turns.

                  Epa,
There are some tricks to a "house blind". Always raise the window before shooting. And don't confuse the TV remote with your rifle. Samsungs are not bullet resistant. If you gun down the TV, the wife will be irritated and won't let you put your Caldwell rifle stand on the kitchen table again. Great pics.
