    Fillet all of the fish.. I find they don't taste like fish if you do this, also remove fat.

    That said, I eat trout for breakfast, battered fried with eggs & toast on the side

    The only good fish, is the filleted one.

        Im one who likes straight from the stream to the pan too hard to beat that.I keep it simple garlic salt pepper lemon and butter in the cavity then cook in foil over the grill.

        Way my dad taught me years ago.
