    San Felipe Wildlife Area

Thinking of hitting this place for yotes. Anyone have any luck. Tried Ortega's last week and saw nothing.

If im correct I need a pass but not my 15 year old.

He's learning on his 30-30 bit much but he's training for pig.

Do they care if you drag off the carcas in the bushes? Don't want to piss off a ranger?

I've never hunted it, but I have seen turkey and deer cross the road, from South to North, just before and after the Sheriff's Station.

      Turkey

Yes there are a lot of turkeys out there. Used to do cable in that area and they would just walk up to me.
      Good hunting sir.

Much better places, it gets hit hard. Look at BLM nearby

Find the scat and tracks and then you're o
near them.... The rest is much harder

              Good luck

Invest in the OnX map app, and you'll be able to access lots of public land across the road.

As a rule of thumb......The closer it is to the road the more Hunters it attracts.....
