    No, the 280 Winchester is a 30-06 necked down to .284. Nosler and Kimber have factory offerings in the 280 AI version. I didn't realize winchester still had the 280 win offered in a factory rifle.
    Its an expensive hobby, but more expensive when you try and convince yourself you don't need what you really want.
