Great news, Lehigh defense non-lead bullets.

    Folks,

Lehigh defense just received approval 5/16/2018 for its new additions to the Controlled Chaos line. Why is this important, because it cuts the cost of shooting non-lead in half. For example, the 175gr CC .308 is $48 per 100. Barnes charges between $36-$42 per 50. I have been bugging them for months. Look at the BC of the bullets, very competitive. A2

I think Jimmy doesn't hunt in CA. Looks like he's a Texan.

Off and on I have used the Barns bullets and yes even the earliest X Bullets. I can tell you for a fact that the all copper Barns Tripple Shock and tipped Tripple Shock work just fine for most hunting. Pigs, deer, elk, antelope and a bunch of other critters have fallen to the Barns line out of my rifles and I hope a bunch more are in my future. They are a very accurate bullet and no I don't have to use them I choose to use them along with a lot of others here in Montana. Yes I do use lead to.

Barnes bullets are excellent and generally superior to lead, but they are expensive.
