Turkey season isn’t over. It’s bow season

BTW! I’m cooking a turkey breast right now!

One turkey beast. Fillet it open and lay it out. Pound lightly. Spread garlic over it, lay slices of prosciutto on it, lay fontina cheese on the prosciutto, put fresh spinach over that and roll it up.

Prosciutto over the top of the roll and tie it up. Sprinkle a little olive oil over it and bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min to an hour ( depends on the size of the breast). Adjust accordingly

Just came back from a baby seal clubbing trip...

Seriously I didn’t hear a single gobble anywhere near turkey canyon. I did set game cameras though.

Yeah, the little bastages out smarted us three times this season.

The only good thing was walking back to the Truck one time, we saw some Hogs. Had rifles and Pig tags. Went quickly back to the truck, picked up the rifles and got a nice Sow.
