Easy to pick the whole thing apart, as the "logic" is virtually non-existent, but I'll refer to two points to keep it simple.

Individual gun ownership in no way endangers nor does it equate to loss of life. That's like claiming that use of free speech guarantees and even endorses slander and libel. Who taught these people how to think? Embarrassing that they are associated with the gun community. Also, their representation of the Fifth Amendment is a joke. It's a procedural amendment, which constrains the government in accusations against an individual.

The above quote contains points four and six from their ban list with the hopes of appeasing the gun grabbers so they'll be able to keep their grampie's hand me down 30-06. What happens when the Left has banned ARs, SCARs, M1-As, etc, and they then realize that bolt action rifles are indeed "tactical" and "weapons of war"? What happens when they have banned the shoulder thing that goes up, and realize that by definition an oversize bolt knob allows faster loading of the firearm? Gone will be all guns, including their beloved bolt-actions. They will be forced to perform their "legitimate, fair-chase hunting" with kitchen knives, as that will be all that they will have left. Oh wait, the totalitarians in England are already working on that one, and you know the Left loves to play follow the leader.

These people are representing themselves as hunters of the highest order, but sadly they are actually just showing themselves to be just the opposite, as they are clearly easy prey to those who would use this as a tool to thin the herd, then destroy what is left.
