Want to Hunt Woolly Mammoth? Woolly mammoth on the verge of resurrection . . .

"Woolly mammoth on the verge of resurrection, scientists say
Scientist leading ‘de-extinction’ effort says Harvard team just two years away from creating a hybrid embryo, in which mammoth traits would be programmed into an Asian elephant

The woolly mammoth vanished from the Earth 4,000 years ago, but now scientists say they are on the brink of resurrecting the ancient beast in a revised form, through an ambitious feat of genetic engineering . . . "

I think I'll pass on the Saber Tooth Tiger or Tyrannosaurus Rex hunt, when those get resurrected . . .

Saw a show on this, with the project director at the lab in Korea. Looks like the tedious task is decades away from reality, if they can find fully intact DNA chains. Crazy that they have fully intact frozen Mammoth parts on ice in Russia. The Harvard guys want to take a shortcut and make a hybrid with the Asian Ele.

Any tips on hunting Woolley Mammoths near San Diego on public land? Do you know if lead free ammo is required in my blunderbuss?

There isn't an animal on the planet that hasn't been killed with a .22 lr, so your .223 is good to go. It's all about shot placement!

Tranq gun. Lead free. No suppressor needed. Air gun aren't classified as firearms. Any regs on an SBR?
