My Refuge cart works great. I hunted all the Sac refuges in all types of weather and this cart worked great. It was a little tricky on the north end of Sac NWR on really wet days, in that case I just pulled the sled off the cart. heres what I did hope it helps and feel free to shoot me a PM for more details.

Bought a Double Wide Jogging Stroller off craigslist think I got mine for $50. mine was called Baby trends I removed all the components including the front fender and brakes (I tried to keep this on originally but it got all caked with mud after first rain and couldn't push cart at all).

There was a bar at the back on the stroller that I detatch and inverted to give cart a more level sitting, I think I should have drilled new holes and moved it up another few inches since the sled still sits at angle.

I bought a 24" wide sled and attached eyebolts backed by U channel for support but fender washers might be good enough for this.

I secure the sled to the cart with the eyebolts really keeps the bungee straps from sliding and gives it a secure fit. One important this I did was ziptie the bungees to the cart , I would lose the everytime before.

I bought a $10 cargo net at Harbor freight to secure my load this allows me to put jackets and all kinds of odds and ends in without worry.

I run a strap or bungie off the handle to the back sled lip to keep it from moving back.

this system worked great for my Van I would just slide the sled in and then folder the cart up.
