I use a Seeker Hercules 70XH and an Avet JX Raptor. It actually sounds pretty close to what you're looking for. The herc is nice and light too. Early production rods had a breakage problem, but that was fixed. I use mine as a heavier local tuna stick, yo-yo jigging and shallow water rock cod. The Raptor can generate 28lb of strike drag. It's a really nice setup.

You might give the guys over at United Composites a call too. I've been eyeballing their sticks now that Randy Penny took over the company.
