As it is, it's just an insult to actual hunters.

Elbow points on kneecaps, both hands in deathgrip, scope might be backwards, not sure if the ban includes airguns

Some of you got it.

The rifle that hunter is holding is the Benjamin Discovery Airgun:



From the CA DFG website's NonLead Ammunition page (I noted the mistake on the DFG page below as well.):

Since pellet rifles are not firearms, the use of lead projectiles in pellet rifles is not prohibited.

Would someone please double-check the information and content before the emails are sent out?? Let the politicians and main-stream media make these silly mistakes, not the NRA or the CRPA...
