Please to be distinguishing between the retail establishment, Coyote Point Armory, the unaffiliated 501(c)(3) Coyote Point Rifle and Pistol Club, and the Sheriff's Office Training Center (still often referred to as Coyote Point Range).

"Coyote point" just confuses the issue - sort of like the CGF v. CGN similarity.

Im not sure if there was ever a set time for the raffle drawing, but if the guy who won bought his tickets after the raffle drawing was originally supposed to take place, would make this pretty bad.
