    Norcal hammock camping

    Any of you guys know the best backpacking sites in Norcal where I could hang my hammock? I've been to the Trinity Alps Wilderness but that's at least a 3 hour drive for me from SF bay area. I'm planning on doing several spring/summer backpacking trips this year. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
