CCW at Jalama Beach County Park, in Santa Barbara

I will be camping at Jalama Beach County Park, in Santa Barbara. Can I CCW while camping? I know camp sites are considered your domicile, but is a County Park good to go? I e-mailed Santa Barbara Sheriff's office and have not heard back from them yet.

I go to Jalama several times a year ......dont ask dont tell.......FYI the kids in our group came across a very large cat I.e. mountain lion/ bob cat last trip we where in the spots at the "top" and it was kinda stalking them in the bushes
