When in the national forest, say desolation wilderness or el dorado national forest is it legal to open carry loaded? Its hot out right now. Want to take my shirt off while im hiking and fishing. It was 92 out in coloma today doing some fishing along the american! P.s. im sure someone will ask or comment yes I have an LTC and fishing license.
