My chicken is sick

so the other day my RIR was laying down, breathing kind of hard, tail down not moving even for treats.

Asked the feed store and they said it might be egg bound, a egg stuck not coming out.

I gloved up, lubed and felt the chicken but didnt feel anything. I gave it some worming solution mixed with water and it pooped what looked like diarrhea.

Then put it on a warm bath for a while and she relaxed. Comb was high yesterday, slight droop today.
Kept her over night in the bathroom resting in a box and towels. she pooped some more and fed her some water with vitamin electrolytes and a little bit of crumble.

She seems to be a bit better, more alert but still in the tub. any ideas?

Nothing from her nose, so i dont think its a cold or flu. our chickens are only 2 years old. Hopefully she makes it.

We've lost 2 this year (so far). 1 was egg bound, she was the runt and we think the dominant hen was keeping her from getting comfortable enough to lay. Another just died, the feed store guy said they can literally die of fright of something scares them enough. There was some digging evidence at the edge of the coop (its got hardware screen underneath the dirt at 3-4" deep, so even diggers can't get in) that morning, speculation is a skunk or raccoon was getting aggressive and she had a heart attack. Oh well, they're just chickens.
