Cold weather hunting clothing.

I'm looking for a good cold weather system. I don't have the money to spend on arcyterx. It gets down into the low teens a lot on our property sometimes even the negatives. I'd like to get it in maybe a woodland camo or a flat color. I understand layering is the best bet but have been told goretex is no go as it creates a vapor lock? All you guys that are more in the know of this kind of stuff, help me out. Snow and HEAVY rain are common. Help educate me on cold weather clothing. I do need to be active wood chopping and task around the property need to get done even in the winter. Thanks!

Check out Cabelas. There site has plenty of options to fit any need and each product is fully described. I have purchased all of my hunting clothing from them, and have never been disappointed in their products or descriptions.
