      Being Filipino, goat was a choice meat in special dishes (Papaitan, Kilawin, etc.)


      Goat is actually one of my favorite meats.

      It depends what part you eat (just like any other animal) and how it's prepared...

        I had goat at a Pakistani resturant in Berkely once. It was quie good with lots of spices, but you could still taste the meats flavor. I hate lamb and while in texture and look it was like lamb there was a more milder flavor like a lamb/bison mix might taste. Describing meat is hard to explain (I enjoyed the dog thread).
