    anybody know what this is place is?

    I ran across this a couple years ago. Is it some sort of weather station?

    It appears to be a navigation aid for aircraft call a VOR. Maybe military. If someone has a sectional map for this area they could tell you for sure.

      It is indeed a VOR station.


      Or possibly a mind-control transmitter. Better get out the tin-foil just in case...

        Coordinates are close.

        But I think stickle is on the money

        If you look at the following chart I believe it is the Fellows VOR

        A lot of VOR's have a larger base than this one however, the following picture is a VOR that looks similar to the sat view in your post.
