It belongs to the Army sounds like. If the army went away,for what ever reason...? ether way it's good to know whats around.

If I lived in that neck of the woods I'd like to know were all the "Army tornado shelters" were. Always good to know your ground.

Doesn't sound like a place a guy could prep up in advance. But could be interesting to have a bit of a cache near by maybe... if a guy thought that may be useful someday.
Hows the hunting around there?

True, I have since located all the other shelters in the area, and programmed into the gps and marked on my strip maps. I agree, it pays to know the area!

Hunting is excellent! Ive gotten 2 deer already this year and havent even bought my deer tags yet! Jeep, the best projectile for killing deer! At this rate, I will have my freezer stocked before rifle season! Weve got it all around here, Deer, Bear, Turkey, Ducks, Geese, Bobcat, Wolf, Coyote, . . . all edible!

Yes, there are plenty of possibilities as far as food goes. Theres tons of wildlife areas open to the public for public hunting. Most folks already have a sweet spot to go to, so it leaves the public areas open to the new folks in the area, and theres plenty of it to go around!
yea, I probably should put a cow catcher on the jeep, but Ive found the stinger off road bumper works just fine If I can catch them on the front half of the body! Both deer I caught like that and it snapped their neck like a twig and didnt hurt a single bit of meat on the body! Cant ask for anything better than that! As long as they dont land in the front seat I think I will be okay!

Oh yea, Cans are legal here, as are F/A, SBS, SBR, DD's, and pretty much anything as far as guns go!
