There's a book titled Surviving The Economic Collapse by Feral. It's a manual/story about what happened. Decent read from a first hand account.

I wonder how much like Argentina the US would be if the same thing happened?
We are different people with different standards and way of life. Im sure that we are the most heavily armed civilian population. One well armed prepper might have 5-10 guns and 10-20k in ammo.

Not a good comparison. Asians VS Entitlement Blacks.

A better comparison would be the northridge earthquake or the recent storm in the east with the flooding. The blacks, even the police that were black, just seem to go into looting mode as soon as something happens.

I'm thinking there must've been some whites involved in the looting too. Maybe what happens is as soon as the trouble starts the news trucks head for the black part of town. Maybe si, maybe no.
