I was just in Mexico a few weeks ago and learned if your not mexican you can`t buy land or a house there. You can lease it for 99 yrs. (that should be enough) You can become a mexican citizen if you live in the country for 7 yrs. You can`t leave one time for the 7 yrs your there.

I would place bets it could be in Texas, North Carolina or Kentucky but I cannot fathom a 7300 square foot home for this price. I think the square footage is off.
