    Stainless steel water bottles

Are Guyot stainless steel water bottles gone? I've been looking for the standard model, and i can't fine one for sale? Why discontinue such a good design?

Can any one recommend me a water bottle with the same design?

According to a June 15 post on their facebook page, they were about six weeks out. I'd shoot them an email/call/fb. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Guyot...s/143693119125

Might want to look into their global warming philosophy before you buy.

Moving Planet is a worldwide rally to demand solutions to the climate crisis—a single day to move away from fossil fuels. For too long, our leaders have denied and delayed, compromised and caved. That era must come to an end.

Come on bike, on skates, on a board, or on foot. Come with your neighbors and your friends, your family and your co-workers. Come be part of something huge. It's time to get moving on the climate crisis.

          *sigh*

I'd be homeless, carless, naked, and most likely gunless if I abstained from everyone and everything that had a policy or viewpoint I didn't agree with.

Global Warming is a fraud aimed at taking from the wealthy and giving to those who failed to be wealthy but found a way to take from them. (Academics and Politicians). More and more claims of fraud in their community are gutting their demands for regulation, taxes and redistribution and I couldn't be happier for it. I'm all for clean air, water, and lots of critters to shoot at but this BS about regulating what the planet does to itself is stupid. One valcano will do more for "global warming" then man can in 75 years.

I understand what you are saying but disagree.

I fired all my liberal clients and lost half my annual pay. I do my best not to support the fringe leftist movement. Nothing worse than giving money to an anti-gunner or group that wants to ban my freedom.

All you can do is your best. I prefer to stand on my feet vs live on my knees. Even if it cost me money. I decided years ago not to deny or pretend something isnt so if it is. I vote with my pocket book. All that evil requires to flourish is good men to look the other way. I will agree that it requires effort to buy from companies that are not anti-gun and pro-global warming. Sadly few individuals will put forth that effort.

Buy another SS bottle from a neutral company or make your own and sell it putting the liberal company out of business. How hard can it be to make a SS bottle?

I like the NONI juice aluminum bottles. They are 25 ounce and have a screw cap. I would like to replace that cap with a compression type plug when I can find them, but I admit to not having looked for them yet. Another terrific advantage to these bottles is that they come filled with one of the best nutritional supplements available for about $35.00 each, case price. Each bottle provides vitamin supplements (no mineral) for about 30 days.

I've been looking for one of the Nalgene ones, but all I can find is the "improved" model that's larger on the top than the bottom. WTF kind of sense does that make? I just want one shaped like a regular Nalgene, but made out of quality stainless. I think I'm going to have to settle for a cup that will nest over the bottom of the Nalgene.

I found one, well, almost like the nalgene. It's the Kleen Kanteen wide mouth.

                          +1 on the Kleen Kanteens

I just had my last and most traveled Classic 18 oz stolen (freakin' third one!), and I swear people will take the battered and weathered ones just so others will think they have been there and done that! I use my 40 oz wide mouth daily, but the wide mouth can really soak you if you don't pay attention. The durability of these things is why I ditched my Sigg and Nalgene bottles. Company started here in Chico, so that is pretty nice too (of course now production is in China, but when does that surprise us?)

I first heard about Liberty Bottles by chance a few months back and had been searching for a good metal bottle to see how they compared to the Nalgenes

Kleen Kanteen works well. I also like my camelbak bottle.
