I have those to but ever try to use them on overcast days or with alot of trecover

Kiss only applys when the simple solution still fits the bill also this can feed right from the lake so you don't have to fill/ lug water its a option just like my solar HHO Boiler is

That's an interesting gadget.
I bet that would be a good addition to a truck topper SHTF setup!

I personally use a pot and stove.
Boil water and give myself a sponge bath. It's been working for years.

I can't do the sponge bath thing makes me feel like a refugee lol

As a added benifit if your truck is overheating. You could probably bring the temp Down fast with that thing

For when you are out camping/hunting/fishing this looks to be a pretty cool addition to your rig. In fact, I wonder why RV's don't have this as a vehicle motor generates tremendous amounts of heat. Might as well harness it.

But I agree with Californio, in SHTF scenarios, unless you have a huge supply of fuel and you can spare it for hot showers, then I would rather ration the fuel for more important needs.
