    Tear Drop Trailers

I always liked these things, and from what I knew, most of them were home built. Here is a place you can buy them, and they look very nice, a bit pricey, but nice.

A friend of mine built one for a senior project in highschool. Only cost him about $650

I had one I towed behind my VW for many years. Not a good bad weather setup. No toilet or shower and you got to go outside to use the kitchen. But good lightweight place to sleep.

Now that's what I am talking about. Had the kitchen on the back end?

They have to charge that much to support the opulent lifestyles of those hard partying Amish.

They are cheaper at places that aren't trying to rip you off worrying about impending disasters.

I had looked at teardrops and wound up picking up a scamp instead, it can sleep 3, had a stove, fridge, AC, sink, heat and I can pick up the tongue and pull it around with one hand

My daughter had one that she pulled with her Miata. It was cozy for her and the three dogs but she liked it. Unfortunately it leaked and she could never completely get it stopped.
