I tried looking around locally in the Bay Area as well. I heard hydroponics supply stores may carry them but I had no luck finding any that did. In the end I got my mylar bags and oxygen absorbers from usaemergency.com. It only took a couple days to get them. I did get my Gamma lids at Tap Plastics.

amazon.com works good too. There is a seller there Oak leaf or oak tree something that sells packs of 10 bags and 10 O2 absorbers that are the right size for a 5 gallon bucket. Pretty easy so I just did that. Not too much more than it costs to buy them separately anyways.
