Emergency Essentials has a free food storage analyzer online here. You specify how many people you are planning for, tell it what food you have on hand, and it tells you the nutritional content of your food stores, how many days it will last, etc. It isn't limited to just the products they sell: they have a number of common grocery store items in the system and you can create your own custom food items.
If you are planning on ordering food from them, you can enter how much you plan to order and see how that impacts your stores. It will even suggest items if your nutritional content is low in some area.
When I signed up and entered my info I discovered that I had much less food on hand than I thought. I had been using "servings" for planning rather than using calories. Oops.
Oh well, I have plenty of time to correct this problem prior to SHTF. Right? Right?!?
