Whats in your first aid/survival kit?

I'm going to be hunting and camping (in el dorado forest) with my son in the near future. I'm curious what kind of first aid/survival equipment is the most practical vs weight. What would you bring?

Compressed or rolled curlex! You can wrap wounds, pack gun shot/laceration wounds, use it to tie sticks as a splint. Pound for pound you can't beat it.

My mother was head nurse of vascular surgery so I basically have a field hospital at my disposal.

Kurlix, and Coban worth their weight in Gold (if you are in the field) 550 Paracord, some glowsticks, a flare, Lighter, 2 large trashbags (VERY versatile). .. the list could be endless, but that is my first to pack.
