I agree, its those pesky 2 legged critters I worry about. I usually have a glock 20 or my Python for them.

My son just ran into a mom grizz with last years cub while hiking outside of Canyon in Yellowstone. Of course he handled the situation all wrong and this was after my daughter and I beat it into his head on how to handle these things. That bear didn't even look at him. Play music on your phone or bells on the pack and bear spray. He's had the good fortune to see a few grizz this season. Its those darn moose ya got to worry about. Those f-<×ers don't play well with others.

I think he had to wash his shorts a few times after that first encounter with mom and jr..he ran like a little girl.
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

Haven't done any camping in awhile. But when I did, always had a .357 revolver handy. Mostly S&W model 65. 3 inch barrel.

Glock 20 and a 45-70, Glock 20 and a folding 12 gauge, but most often all 3. Glock in a chest holster, 45-70 in hand, and 12 in a arrow quiver down center of my back...easy to deploy.
