    Open Carry?

I camp/ride horses/offroad in BLM lands of the San Bernardino National park quite often. When I'm close to Baldwin Lake, I often pass a few shooting areas, but I am curious if open carry would be permitted here. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Typically no...but if you have a hunting license and are in areas where hunting and discharging a firearm are legal... Be sure all your ammo is lead free.

Open carry is legal in areas where it is legal to discharge a firearm.

Open carry is not legal while on or next to a road.
^This includes roads that are in areas where it is legal to discharge a firearm.

See the forum sticky Firearms in Forests and Parks for more in depth information.
