Depends where you go, the big trailhead is at Lovers Camp Trailhead since it links to the PCT, but also makes a good loop. There will probably be a few vehicles there and surely a BSA trip since its summer. But somewhere like Paradise Lake trailhead may only see one vehicle every few weeks even though its close. Another fun and usually populated trailhead is Shackleford to Campbell lake.
Most of those areas are remote for break ins, but you are talking about two huge ranges, so you have tons of options. The further north you go the less people. And I've never heard about anyone being aggressive. There are plenty of bears there but they are skittish. Rangers are few an far between unless you are near Castle Crags.
The areas are intensely beautiful and remote, with hundreds of hidden lakes. We used to bushwack to many of the lakes. But I wouldn't recommend that until you feel comfortable with the area.

I've parked there at remote TH's in the past without problems...can't say that about the Trinities. A couple of anti hunters trashed my buddies Landrover in the Trinities. Smeared a concoction of tomato sauce and granola on the hood and he had to have it repainted.
Had witnesses and the sheriff still didn't do squat.
