Look up the “ten essentials” and the REI checklist.

Sounds like car camping, since roof over head?

              Here's my list:

              camp box:
              Box (work surface)
              Stove
              propane tree
              propane hose
              lantern
              dish soap
              cooking oil
              extra flour
              big can o' hand wipes
              coffee
              2x coffee pots
              cleaning brushes
              2x wash basins
              2x pots, large and small
              2x pans, large and small
              6x nesting stainless mixing bowls
              cutting boards
eatery (plates, utensils, eating bowls, cups)
cooking utensils (can opener, mixing spoons, spatula, etc etc)

              6 gal water, I'd go with 12 for a 6 day trip

              propane

              cast iron pan as needed
              dutch oven as needed
briquettes for dutch oven, as needed

              firewood

sleeping gear (sleeping bag, ground mat)

              clothing, as needed

Don;t forget your license and the bolts for your rifles!

Crust over for all I care.

I like a nice clean theater of operations before I throw a bandage, Quikclot, Celox, or XGauze in place.

In addition to the other great ideas

Tire repair kit. And check your tire changing equipment.

If sleeping on concrete, get a cot. Concrete will suck the heat right out of you. A decent cot will let you put your stuff underneath, saving room.

                        Check the spare, too.

Bring a full-gized shovel and some wood blocks for the jack.

Keep it simple when out hiking around looking for game otherwise you'll end up packing too much weight and be miserable. Everything I bring while out on the hunt fits in a waistpack I bought from BassPro. A picture is worth a thousand words so...
