Anyone Train With Sierra Rescue?

I'm looking to sign up for the wilderness first responder class offered by Sierra Rescue and was wondering if anyone here has ever trained with this outfit before and has any opinions on them? Or if you've taken other wilderness medicine classes with other organizations that you've enjoyed, I'd love to hear that too!
