That would be easy to make. Maybe an hour or 2. The only issue I see is the angle iron in the front and back in the vertical position. Looks like a 45 degree angle or something like that in the front. Not sure if Home Depot or lowes would have that. Might have to fab it using a torch to heat it then bend it. I'd do it for a 6 pack plus material if I lived close. Best of luck to u.

      last resort.
buy a regular trailer tongue box that will fit what you need.
then go to home depot and buy some sheets of the expanded (mesh) metal that they sell and cut holes and bolt the mesh to cover the holes.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.
      I'm Back.

Thank you. I have thought about drilling holes into a regular A Frame Tool box, the only snag is most of the A Frame boxes can't fit both my generator and gas cans.

My other MacGyver idea was maybe using a large size pet cage with U bolts to lock it down. Put in a metal plate base and replace the plastic tray it comes with. I think it can withstand when on the road but I'm not sure. The mesh box is obviously stronger.

The object is to have ventilation for the cans when traveling and once at boondocking location put the generator inside when in use and also serve as a theft deterrent in addition to chain the gen up.

Thank you, If you can suggest couple local locations that would be great. The only place I found who sells them straight out is a place in North Carolina. With shipping and what they are asking, its just too much.
