Have you checked this page out Eldorado National Forest? List of various closures if you dig down a ways. Or call one of the Ranger stations in the area.

It's open. Bonnetti is open. The trail is open. The dirt fire/logging roads were still gated 2 weeks ago but should be open any day now.
