    Forever matches

I bought a few of these from Amazon for fun. They work much better than I expected, even when wet. The flint stick has a nice spark, so even if the match doesn't light you can still have a way to create a spark.

I have one of those I bought at a flea market in Stockton in the late 60's. It still works.

There are nicely made ones and very cheap ones.

The big benefit they have over the Zippos and the like, is if the O-ring gasket is in good condition and seals tightly the fluid will not just evaporate.
And you'll be able to use the lighter for a long time without the need of constant refilling
And unlike BICs you will be able to use different types of flammable substances.

(You know, for years after the zombie apocalypse.)
