RZM marked german knife ??

Hello To All , looking for some info that I can't seem to find , the knife is marked RZM M:7/104/39 and Zeitler-Wien....I've found some info at militaryitems.com , but no info on "this" knife , any info would be great...Thanks..PS: it's not for sale , picked it up in a trade.
