    Strothers Bows

I am looking for a new bow and I am thinking of going with strother instead of my PSE or mathews I have stuck with in the past..... Anyone shoot a Rush or a wrath?

Everything I have read about this company is that they are really coming into bloom this year and are going to continue coming into bloom in the years to come. I am excited for my investment with their product.... Now just to choose the wrath or rush........

hmmm...never heard of these bows...possibly because I don't shoot compounds.

I like the look of the Wraith if it helps.

Strother make great bows...fast and well designed.

What is your goal with the bow? Hunting and/or target shooting?

Go with a longer axle to axle bow if just target shooting...I'd say at least 35" for better stability. If hunting, shorter works and you'll get a little bit more speed and kinetic energy.

Also important is your draw length and lbs you'll pull comfortably. How tall are you? And upper body strength level?

        Right now I pull 65
        DL is 28
        I'm 5ft9
I hunt avidly I've been looking at the elite hunter but some random people have been telling me about strothers bows and saying they are great. I am interested in their "rush" but I can't decide yet.

Gonna need a lot more info.

What draw weight and drawlength is the bow? What's the current arrow weight? What kinds of vanes? How many grains for the tip? What model arrow is it? Where are you dropping weight off on the arrow? What speed does it currently shoot at? What distances are you shooting at?

                    Arrows are fmj 400
                    Field points 100

I am going to switch from fmj to gold tip kenetics. They are carbon so I'll be dropping 88.4

                    Current speed is around 265

You'll gain about 25 feet per second to 290fps.

If zero'ed at 20 yrds, you'll be about 3-4 inches high at 40 yards.
