general info on Buck model 121 please

I have a friend selling an older, but brand new in box Buck model 121 fixed blade with leather sheath. His dad got it when he worked at Buck in San Diego, but he is not attached. What do these go for? The numbers I have seen vary quite a bit! Any help? Thanks!

I actually have one of these for sale on the forum here.
It's brand new, never used... and comes with the box.
They sell for about $200.00 from Buck directly.

A quick check of past sales on ebay put the price for one in good shape around $50-75. Mint in box go for $100-200. If it has the scaler feature, it is worth more than the standard blade. Here is the link to the ebay search:
