Found this knife in my drawer, I think my dad gave this to me as a souvenir from some type of vacation he went on. I can't remember where he went but I'm curious about what kind of knife it is. It has one symbol on the blade that is a triangle intersected by a circle.

Handles look like some type of natural material, maybe bone.
All these things tell me it's not a Chinese cheap/junk knife.
But you need to take a very clear close-up picture of the knife makers Mark and any words or numbers you can find on the blade or the handle to track down where it was made or who made it. -
There is nothing written or marked on the knife other than the symbol on the blade which is a triangle intersected by a circle, with a small horizontol line in the middle of the triangle.
I couldn't get a good close up picture of it because my phone wouldn't focus

Many cameras don't do close ups very well.
Digital-age trick:
Take clear well lit photo from about two feet away.
The more steady the camera is the better the image.
Then download to photo-shop type program, zoom in, crop, adjust lighting and contrast for best image.
You might be surprised to see how much fine detail the cameras can capture.
