Im looking to buy a Saiga in 7.62 with a 16 inch barrel prefferably im located in the San Francisco Bay Area (Hayward) and hoping to do a ptp in the Bay Area. Funds are ready for this so well, come on lets go, lets go, lets go little darling.

I dont want to offer him the $250 that its worth without the ammo to him im sure he wants to keep it a packaged deal. Besides budsgunshop has them for $309.00 shipped if that help someone. Thanks for the kind gesture of helping out though.

I must have been misinformed if you go to the commercial sales and goods threads someone posted it as a news flash and stated that he called the shop and said they will ship to CA. Site says out of stock anyways but hope someone posts that to save some headche for some folks. Thanks stephnman20.

Maybe you didn't think about it before you typed it.
Once you get it shipped then you have to pay transfer fees on which an out of state ship can run around $100. Then you must own a secure case for pickup.(Cali law) You might already have one though. Then you'll need to at least buy something to carry it to the range in unless you have that too.

Might be best for you just to make an offer excluding the ammo. He can always sell that off seperate. (maybe even to me)

Also I think FTF is always better unless you have handled this gun before and you know for sure that's what you want. You can always back outta the deal. Not so once your credit card is charged.
