I live in the Sacramento area and I want to buy an IWI Tavor 556. If you know of a way to get please let me know.

This is an awesome rifle and you can get it here at an excellent price. You will need to install a bullet button (they do make them) and get a new muzzle break to meet the OAL requirement. I am an FFL in Orange County so I can't do your transfer unless you come down here - but you should be able to find a friendly FFL in your area willing to install the bullet button and screw on the new muzzle break.
