    WTB: FN-49 in .30-06 and 7mm

    Folks,
I am interested in buying an FN-49's in .30-06 and maybe or 7mm. I have two in 8mm but my shooting collection is not well rounded. If you have one collecting dust and you're bored with it (yeah, fat chance) I would like to take it off your hands. At my age, 'want' translates to 'need' (4 digit social security number). Money is no object [because I have so little as the wife went shopping.....AGAIN]!!! Shoot me a call and/or photos: jcwhite007@gmail.com (714) 654-5877.
    Thanks,
    John

Wow, 4 digit social? You are old, but got you beat....mine is 3 digit

7mm is the way to go, less recoil and sooo accurate far away.

I have two and will think of parting with one. As my wife says, YOU ONLY HAVE TWO HANDS!

....and my response has always been, BUT WHAT IF ONE BREAKS!

"What it one breaks", I like that! I can sell that to my wife.
Hmmmmmmm......Since you have two 7mm and I have two 8mm, perhaps a trade is in order. What do you think?

P.S. I ordered surplus 7mm from SAMCO last week for my Spanish 1916 Mauser. What's is your opinion of the very little 7mm that is out there(not with standing the obvious 'corrosive' issue)? Have you seen any of the 7mm from SAMCO?

              FN-49 in 7mm

Are you still out there with that 7mm awaiting a departure date?
