WTB: M&P9 with Manual Thumb Safety

I am looking to buy an M&P9 that has the manual thumb safety. Pretty sure this is not on the DOJ list, which is why I am looking to find one via PPT.

I am located in the Los Angeles area and have cash in hand.

If you get latest version of the M&P9, it will have 2 small plastic tabs you can pull out to add the safety. That way, you can just get the M&P9 that is on the CA Roster and just add the safety.
