WTB: Marlin XT-22 or 981

I'm looking for a Marlin XT-22 TR or TSR. These are the tube-fed versions that shoot S, L, and LR. I will consider other rifles if they are in good shape. I'm located in SoCal, and everything must be done entirely legally through an FFL.
