WTB a 1911 frame to use as a dedicated lower for my .22lr conversion upper.
I want a full-sized frame.
The beauty of my project is that I can actually USE a 1911 frame that you have buggered up the feed-ramp of, by over-polishing. My conversion doesn't use the feedramp.
However, I am NOT looking to travel 400 miles, unless you will be selling me the frame for under $100. gas for both round trips is not worth it. I could get a GSG 1911 .22lr for cheaper, when all is said and done.
