WTB: LMT CQB MRT Piston Upper in 5.56

Looking to pick up a LMT piston upper. Preferably a mid-length 16" but I'm open to options.
Also would be interested in an Adams Arms same upper.

I did see those and that will be an option but I'm hoping to find a piston upper assembly and not have to get a piston kit after market.
